A lot of the &quot;shy&quot; entrepreneurs I&#039;ve met are really just afraid of rejection. Still, there are people who are deathly afraid of confrontation, approaching people, and public speaking -necessary parts of being the face of your brand.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s funny how you mention being shy. Most of my life I have considered myself shy up until I realized that I talk to EVERYBODY everywhere I go!  I mean, I am picking up conversations with customer service people in call centers like I knew them forever.  Now I use my communication skills to talk about my business and promote my brand.  I think if we all just treat people as equals, and realize we all respond to a smile, that shyness disappears.  Awesome post!!
